I will run for President of Afghanistan in 2029,” says Besmellah Taban, a 26-year-old philosophy student from Ghazni currently studying for an MA in Criminology in Kazakhstan. Taban already has a slogan, ‘Boldness and Hope’, and even policies.
“I have the right to vote and run for office. When I become president, I plan to provide educational and career opportunities for everybody and send the youth abroad for an education,” says Taban.
Big words perhaps, but Taban was still the first candidate to register when the running opened in September and says he will not deviate from the goal: “Over the coming 15 years, I will do everything to make my dream come true.”

I really appreciate and proud to him, with this kind of high moral that he have, and I wish more success for him, a point is mentionable that, why he wanted to send the student to abroad in 2029, it means according to his idea the situation of education will remained like now, we hope until 2029 there should not be need to send student to abroad, we should try to bring a big changes to situation of education, until 2029 Afghanistan should prepare scholarship for foreign people instead of getting scholarship. Our country should try to be helper country instead of getting help from foreign country. Once again I pray for my dear cousin to reach whenever whatever he want.
